At Smyxaronchrelix, we are committed to delivering high-quality business cards that meet your expectations. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives with printing defects or quality issues that are our fault, we will:
- Reprint your order at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full refund for the affected items
Quality issues covered by our guarantee include:
- Significant colour variations from the approved proof
- Printing defects such as smudges, streaks, or missing elements
- Incorrect paper stock or finish
- Cutting errors or misalignment beyond normal tolerances
- Damage during production
Reporting Issues
To report a quality issue with your order:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- Include photographs clearly showing the problem
- Keep the affected items for potential return
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.
What Is Not Covered
Our return policy does not cover:
- Errors in customer-supplied artwork that were present in the approved proof
- Spelling, grammar, or content errors approved by the customer
- Minor colour variations (within industry-standard 10% tolerance)
- Minor cutting variations (+/- 1mm is standard)
- Orders damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
- Change of mind after production has begun
- Orders placed with incorrect specifications by the customer
Custom Products
As business cards are custom-printed products made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully review your proof before approval, as once production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Proof Approval
We provide digital proofs for all orders before printing. Your approval of the proof confirms that:
- All text and images are correct
- The layout meets your requirements
- You accept the design as shown
We strongly recommend thoroughly reviewing proofs, including having a second person check for errors, before approval.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged during delivery:
- Contact us immediately upon discovering the issue
- For damaged packages, retain all packaging materials
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue
- We will reprint and reship your order at no cost if the package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit
Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
- Shipping costs are refunded only if the error was ours
Reprint Process
When a reprint is approved:
- We will confirm the corrected specifications with you
- Reprints are prioritised in our production queue
- Standard shipping is provided at no cost; express shipping may be upgraded
