Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Smyxaronchrelix
- Prices are quoted in GBP and may be subject to VAT
- Payment is required before production begins unless credit terms have been arranged
- We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
- Quoted delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Artwork and Design Files
- You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork meeting our specifications
- You warrant that you own or have rights to all artwork submitted
- We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork
- Proofs should be carefully reviewed before approval; we are not responsible for errors approved by you
- We reserve the right to refuse artwork that is offensive, illegal, or infringes third-party rights
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Smyxaronchrelix or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Your submitted artwork remains your property.
Quality and Variations
We strive for the highest quality in all our prints. However, minor variations may occur due to the nature of the printing process:
- Colour variations of up to 10% from screen proofs may occur
- Paper texture and weight may vary slightly between batches
- Cutting tolerances of +/- 1mm are standard
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smyxaronchrelix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smyxaronchrelix from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms, including claims related to intellectual property infringement in customer-supplied artwork.
Governing Law
